Join Faith & Food Monday night as we kick off the year with a game plan!
It’s common to set goals and make fresh commitments about such things as income, weight loss, exercise and spiritual growth. At the end of this year, do you want to look back and realize you are in the very same place that you are now or do you want to make changes that will bring you victory in 2016? At Monday night’s Faith & Food, we will be covering the field with great tips to help you implement these healthy changes at home that will bring BIG rewards at the end of the year.
JOIN THE TEAM:
Kathy: Changing things up in your workouts is important so that you keep both your mind and body engaged. She’ll be discussing ways to keep your workouts from being anything but routine.
Kimberly will be showing us how to select and use our vegetables wisely. Part of the journey to eating healthy is selecting healthy meals and knowing how to prepare your vegetables. She will show some great tips and tricks on how you prepare some of the most common vegetables. And of course we will have food samples!
Shawna will be teaching us how to lead the way and really improve our spiritual walk and relationship with Jesus this year. This is the difference maker in any game plan and we will focus on making all the little moments matter.
Carol will wrap up the night with an action plan that we can easily implement into every area our lives! Whether you want to lose weight, save money, grow in your faith or just be healthier, she’ll share a realistic and attainable “game plan” that can lead you to victory!
