Dee shared the signs of dehydration and how to determines how much water each of us needs daily. She taught ways to “eat your water”, highlighting specific foods that have high amounts of water to help keep you hydrated.
Dee also demonstrated how to make infused waters—both a large batch for the whole family and also in a single portion water bottle.
Kathy showed the benefits of working out in the water and presented a water aerobics workout you can do right in your own pool. You can watch it here.
Carol discussed the advantages and disadvantages to the different waters on the market. She shared numerous bottled waters and also talked gave some interesting facts on bottled water.
