Food Fundamentals Recipes

GINGER CINNAMON TEA

Cinnamon helps fight cold symptoms. The healing properties in cinnamon are due to the volatile compounds: cinnamaldehyde, cinnamyl acetate, and cinnamyl alcohol. The main actions are anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and anticoagulant (also known and anti-blood-clotting). Try this yummy tea recipe.
