Crunchy & Sweet Apple Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 5 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • ½ c. grapes, sliced
  • ¼ c. walnuts, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg, cardamon and sea salt
  • Stevia to taste
  • Wedge of lemon
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together, sprinkle with stevia and cinnamon. Chill for 20 minutes. Serve with a wedge of lemon and enjoy.
