We live in a world full of chemicals and, unfortunately, these toxins are making their way into our everyday lives. Everything that you eat, drink, breathe, and put on your hair and skin, must be filtered by your liver. A toxic liver can become congested or clogged and then it becomes a fat-STORING organ rather than a fat-BURNING organ.
In order for the liver to do its job, it needs supportive foods and nutrients. Detoxing is a process that helps eliminate harmful toxins from your body. When you do this, you will notice increased energy levels, mental clarity, reduction in cravings as well as a drop in body weight/inches.
Although there are a number of detox plans and products on the market today, it’s not always affordable or easy to incorporate complicated plans into a busy lifestyle.
