cravings happenCome join us for the March Faith and Food as we explore what functional imbalances may be occurring that contributes to food cravings. We will also discuss what role a lack of primary foods can play in our cravings.
Then we’ll explore what scriptural promises we can apply when dealing food addictions and cravings. It’s time to take the situations that trigger unhealthy choices and turn them into opportunities to grow in faith!

Menu planning for a healthier life with Kimberly Arnold (A103)

Menu planning can be easy with the right tools! In this Breakout Session,  you will learn strategies to provide healthy, home-cooked meals to better serve your family and the Lord. You will receive tips on how to plan our meals using the foods you already have in the house, as well as strategies for grocery shopping! Menu planning not only helps you save time, money, and stress, it also helps you waste less. Let’s bring good food and fellowship to our tables!

Satisfy your cravings guilt-free with Lianna Crosby (A104)

Each woman may crave something different, but we all have cravings. God knows that and He cares about you and wants you to enjoy the life He has given you. You were wired in a unique and perfect way by God. Let’s learn the ways He made you and use your special gifts and personality to satisfy the cravings that you have. There is no guilt in enjoying foods. You can enjoy the foods you love most and be the healthy woman that you want to be.

Sleeping through the night with Carol Nelson (A105)

Is there a reason you cannot get to sleep or sleep through the night? Learn how to relax so you can get to sleep quickly and stay asleep. We will discuss the benefits of food, essential oils and herbs to help us get rid of stress, get our cortisol levels balanced and relax so we can sleep through the night.
