Broiled Grapefruit

broiled_grapefruit-1At the November Faith and Food meeting, I discussed the basics of citrus as we are at the start of Arizona’s peak citrus season (November – January).  If you missed the meeting or want a refresher then check out my post “Instruction Manual – Citrus” at my site, Kitchen Instruction Manual.

This is a simple way to use citrus which helps our body deal with stress, as well as cardamom which is a spice that can assist in weight loss.
