We are so excited about our breakout sessions! They were a blast this month! We would like to thank each of our breakout session leaders who contributed their time and knowledge to help us become healthier one little choice at a time!
Lianna Crosby continued the conversation on craving and many enjoyed her Starbucks example.
This Grande Vanilla Frappacino has the same calorie count as a Mcdonalds double cheeseburger, the fat content of a Dunkin Doughts chocolate frosted doughnut, 17 teaspoons worth of sugar, and is topped with a variety of chemicals.
She provided a lot of great options and tips on ways to conquer your cravings!
You can enjoy delicious food and take care of your body at the same time.
Kimberly Arnold’s menu planning session was not only fun, it was practical information! She went through a proven system for menu planning and ways to save time and money on your trip to the grocery store. She handed out beautiful menu planners that ladies can’t stop talking about it!
We promise to bring her back to talk about this topic and more at a future Faith & Food breakout. You can also check out her blog (K.I.M. – Kitchen Instruction Manual) and download her menu planners here.
Carol Nelson gave great tips on how to sleep through the night. We were able to taste a coffee alternative which was exciting! It’s fabulous for the liver, may help purify your blood, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, eliminate acid indigestion and help keep you regular. All with no caffeine, GMOs or sugar!!!

We know it’s hard to decide which session to attend, and each of these ladies has graciously offered to do another session at a future Faith & Food.
