Vitality Vinegar Tonic

Vitality Vinegar Tonic

Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar added to water assists in the reduction of excess weight by improving digestion, adding soluble fiber to stabilize blood sugar levels (key to effective weight loss), blocking absorption of calories, improving metabolism, and creating a feeling of satiety. You can drink the tonic (recipe below) three times daily, preferably 20-40 minutes before a meal.
